We do not require concrete as long as the area is level. We can install on ground, gravel, asphalt, or concrete, and will anchor the building accordingly.

The customer is responsible for submitting a building permit application with their county. We will provide any required information for approval, including engineered plans if needed.

All of our buildings are constructed with steel framing — no wood involved — and are available in 14 gauge or 12 gauge options for added strength and durability.
